Our Returns & Exchange Policy

For items purchased directly from Julietpeg, all returns made within 365 days, in new, unused, and unaltered condition and with a receipt or proof of purchase will be credited to your original method of payment. If we agree to issue a refund with no receipt or proof of purchase, the current retail price will be credited to a Julietpeg gift card.

Julietpeg products purchased through another retailer such as Dillard’s, Von Maur, Airport Locations or AAFES may be exchanged for another product or returned for a Julietpeg gift card at any Julietpeg retail location if the items are in new, unused condition and you have a receipt. All returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
